What is BronyMate?

BronyMate is a dating site and social network for the Brony community who are fans of the cartoon show My Little Pony (MLP).


How old do I have to be to use BronyMate?

You MUST be 18 or older. If you ever notice an underage user in their profile, please report it to our attention as soon as possoble. Please provide us with the user name as well. We will immediately ban and delete the user. 

How do I use BronyMate?

Simply create your profile and start searching for matches using the search function. When you find someone you’re interested in message them, request a hookup, or send a wink! Don’t be shy. Just like in the real world, it often take multiple tries to find a match!


How do I get other members to message me?

Add a profile photo and perhaps an album. Fill out as much information as you can onto your profile. The more information that you have visible on your profile, the better chance that someone will message you. 


Do you allow explicit content?

No, we do not allow adult content. If you ever come across a member that is posting explicit content, please report it to us as soon as possible.


How come my profile photo or album photos have been deleted?

You have violated the terms of service and you have posted content that is strictly forbidden. If you continue to post content that is forbidden  your account will be deleted.


How come my photos are not showing up on my profile right after uploading it?

All uploaded photos are subject to a review process to assure that they are complying with our terms of service. Your photos will typically post within 12 hours, but no more than 24 hours.


Can I send messages to other members for free?

Yes, you can. There are no limits to the number of messages you can send.


Why should I subscribe to BronyMate?

As a free member on BronyMate you are able to create a profile, browse other BronyMate profiles,  send winks and messages to other members. However, a Subscription gives you much greater access to BronyMate. Some benefits of being a Subscriber on BronyMate include the following:

  • ·         Get full access to send and receive messages and winks
  • ·         Chat with your friends
  • ·         Find out who viewed your profile

Many BronyMate members are benefiting from their Subscriptions right now. BronyMate offers a variety of Subscription and payment options. If you are currently a free member, you can see Subscription options by clicking on ‘Upgrade Account’ at the top right of any BronyMate.com page.


Why can’t I read my messages?

You must subscribe to read messages.


How do I cancel my free account or paid subscription?

Simply use the contact us form at the footer of the page. Please allow up to 30 hours for a response.


If I cancel my account, can I always re-open it?

Absolutely, not a problem! Contact us with and we will be glad to re-open your account. We will be happy to have you back.


How do I create an album on my profile?

  • Go to the main tab Media
  • Then select the option Pictures
  • Select the tab Create Album
  • Write a brief description for the album, then hit submit
  • Then upload your photos

What are the album photo restrictions?

  • Image size: 2000 KB
  • 190 width & 100 height


What happens once I purchase a subscription?

You will receive a confirmation email confirming your order. Don’t forget to check your junk or spam folder. Once you log into your account, you will be a paid member. 


How long will it take for Customer Support to reply back to my email?

You can expect a reply within 30 hours or less.


Why do I not receive an email response whenever I contact you?

We always respond to all our emails in a timely manner. If you do not receive a reply from us, your email provider sent our email into you spam or junk mail folder. Please be sure to check these folders whenever you are waiting for a response from us. Another reason, may be that you typed in the wrong email address in our contact form. Please be sure to look over your request before you submit it to us. We can assure you that we offer the best customer support experience possible. If you do not receive a response in 30 hours or less, please send us another email so we can assure that your issue is dealt with.
